Ada County man charged with multiple counts of child exploitation

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Attorney General Raul Labrador's office reports that an Ada County man has been arrested on multiple counts of child sexual exploitation.
31-year-old Eric Perez was arrested Thursday, February 8, after an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force.
Perez has been charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
It’s a difficult task and it takes a toll on the staff who are so dedicated to the safety of Idaho’s kids,” said Attorney General Labrador, “but everyone on our ICAC team is committed to stopping the cycle of exploitation and removing these abusers from our communities.The Ada County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Homeland Security assisted with the arrest. Though Perez has been charged, he is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
